You must first contact us either via email or by phone (07 54470100) and request a return approval. . Credit for returns will be issued to the original payment method and once the items are received and inspected.

If you have purchased the wrong item, we will happily exchange your purchase for the correct item. Once you have posted the item back to us, we will inspect and ensure the item is suitable for resale & then post out the correct item to you. If a partial refund is due, we will process that for you. If the correct item is more, we will organise an invoice to you for the balance.

If you have purchased the wrong item & would like to return it for a refund, please note a restocking fee of $30 applies. As above we will require the item/s to be posted back and inspected prior to issuing a refund. Refunds will be processed back to the same method of original payment.
